What facilities do you have for children?

We do not have a playground or any play area facilities for use.  Any children utilising the grounds and gardens must have adult supervision at all times and only be within a designated area.  Please respect the effort and investment of our grounds and supervise children not to be swinging on our lights, climbing over our hedges and no balls are permitted at any time.  All breakages and damages to the venue and grounds are to be paid for.

If you have children in attendance and would like them to be supervised by someone other than yourselves and parents, please consider a nanny or children’s entertainer such as a fairy or magician.  We do not have staff to supervise your children.  Be in touch with our events team for some suggestions or supplier recommendations.

At Biviano’s we have a separate children’s menu for events charged for children aged 3 to 12 years of age.  13 years and over are considered part of the adult menu.

What other costs can we expect?

Depending on what type of event you are hosting, we have a $4.00 per person cakeage charge, which is standard across all events where a cake or cupcakes or the like are consumed on premises.

Optional extras are also available should you wish to upgrade your package with items such as canapés on arrival, garden hire on arrival, additional menu items, beverage package inclusions, etc.

If Biviano’s coordinates suppliers on your behalf, you will be charged accordingly.  This includes but is not limited to flowers, balloons, cake, entertainment, theming such as Coloured table runners, table skirting, etc.

What are your minimum numbers?

At Biviano’s we work to minimum room spends rather than minimum number of guests.  Be in touch with our events team and we can ascertain details such as approximate number of guests, day or date required and from here recommend which room is best suited to your event and advise you of the minimum room spend.

If the minimum room spend is not achieved across food and beverage then a room hire charge is applied to make up any balance required.  External supplier costs such as flowers, balloons, linen hire, etc are not considered part of the minimum spend.

Can we organise our own decorations?

You are more than welcome to organise your own decorations.  Please note we do not allow scatters or sequin style decorations or rose petals within the venue at any time.

With over 15-years of industry experience, our established supplier relationships mean we can recommend vendors we have worked with and we know and trust.  Let your event manager know if you need recommendations of any type.

Can we BYO?

Biviano’s is not a BYO venue and BYO is not permitted.  With regards to beverages, all our packages include soft drink and you can select from one of our included beverage packages or have beverages served on consumption at which time a bill will be created for beverage orders.  We do not offer any cash bar facilities for on the spot purchases and payment as standard however this can be organised at an additional cost and with prior notification.
